Power polers are the pole athletes that push us to do another rep of pull-ups and train our bad-side because they motivate use with their precision and total body control.
Get a dose of creatin-fueled power poling inspiration with these 10 pole babes and hunks!
1. Oona Kivelä
When you think of Oona you think of perfection. Each trick, each spin is masterfully executed with the precise amount of power needed – and usually, it’s a lot of power. She has not only won a ridiculous amount of pole dance championships, but her training videos have gone viral (pretty sure we’ve all been sent one of her videos by our non-poling friends).
2. Michelle Stanek
Michelle’s body moves like a well-oiled machine, knocking out crazy tricks and spins with a meticulous attention to detail. It is no surprise that she is the 2012 United States Pole Dance Champion and has traveled the world sharing her gift of power poling as an instructor, judge, and performer. We love that she often brings the sexy with the power!
3. Samantha Star
Samantha is the queen of handstands. She tackles gravity defying strength moves with such a high level of ease it makes us forget how crazy difficult the tricks really are. We can only wish to have half the control and strength Samantha has in her little finger!
4. Timber Brown
Timber brings an extra element of exploration to his power poling as he brings his superb strength to the many aerial apparatuses including one’s he creates himself. We love a DIY power poler! In 2013 Timber brought his insane body control to the America’s Got Talent stage and won the hearts of millions. We just want to know the secret to not throwing up while spinning as crazy fast as he does!
5. Alex Shchukin
Holy muscle definition, Batman! You know Alex is strong as hell not only by his crazy cut-ness, but by the nonstop power moves – like the Iron X and deadlifting – that he can do over and over again, all without seeming to break a sweat. It’s no wonder he took home the gold at the first ever Mr. Pole Dance Australia competition and the 2013 World Pole Sports Championships.
6. Den Romanov
Den has such complete control over his body that even non-existent grip can’t stop him from knocking out incredible power poler moves. If you peruse his Instagram it might even appear that he is allergic to traditional pole grips, often preferring creative new takes on holding onto the pole to tried-and-true grips. We are so inspired – and a little afraid to ever attempt Den’s creative grips!
7. Lisette Krol
Whether poling with her doubles partner, Terri Walsh, or flying solo, Lisette possesses an enviable amount of body awareness and control that she brings to even the most straightforward of moves. That being said she rarely does ‘straightforward’ moves, instead she dominates tricky variations and strength-heavy tricks.
8. Natalia Meshcheryakova
Natalia is a long-legged babe who knows how to control her limbs even when they are flying around the pole a mile a minute! She is the winner of several pole competitions including placing third in Pole Art 2016, and a sought after pole instructor. We just can’t get enough of her explosive straddles and awe-inspiring drops.
9. Dmitry Fedotov
Dmitry is the ultimate power poling partner. With full command of every inch of his body, he is a rock-steady base for fellow polers and acrobats creating drool-worthy tricks and stunts. He also tackles death-defying tricks, check the ‘look ma no hands’ move above, like it’s no big deal. In case you are wondering, he is the one doing the Iron X on the human pole below!
10. Aleksey Poryadnov
And Aleksey is the human pole, the one in a headstand supporting the weight of a fellow poler. HOLY CRAP!!! How is it possible to have that much control and strength in your body?! I seriously recommend you start following his Instagram account ASAP (same with all the polers above) because it just gets crazier and more intense from there.

I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little
lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress
or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely confused ..
Any tips? Kudos!
